What's the minimum order quantity?

Minimums vary by service. Screen printing and embroidery require a minimum of 100 pieces per style. Cut and sew starts at 300 to 500 pieces depending on the garment. Fulfillment programs require a minimum of 400 orders per month. Some items like DTG and DTF start at 12 pieces. Minimums are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, if your order falls below the standard threshold, contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

How long does a typical order take?

From quote to delivery, most orders run 4 to 5 weeks: 48 hours for your quote response, 3 to 5 days for mockup and approval, 2 to 3 weeks for production, and 1 to 5 days for shipping. Cut and sew orders run longer at 60 to 90 business days due to full garment manufacturing. Rush production is available, contact us for availability and pricing before placing your order.

Do I need print-ready artwork?

Preferred format is EPS or AI, vectored. If your file is not vectorized, our design team can prepare it — design work starts at $250 per design and digitizing for embroidery runs $45 to $75. Any format works as a starting point, but non-vector files require design work before production can begin.

Can I see a sample before the full order?

Physical samples are available on request for larger runs. Samples are $75 per piece and non-refundable — they are intended for fit and finish approval before committing to bulk production. We do not offer printed or embroidered samples; blank garment samples are available at retail price for any item currently in stock.

Can you ship to multiple locations?

Yes. We ship to single or multiple locations domestically. Jacksonville-based customers can also pick up orders directly at our facility, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. International orders ship via DHL. For fulfillment programs, we ship individual orders directly to your customers as they come in.

How do reorders work?

Reorders are placed with one message to your dedicated rep. Your artwork stays on file, your specs are saved, and production starts faster because the approval stage is already done. Reorder pricing reflects your established specs, no re-quoting from scratch for standard repeat orders.
